With the proposed reductions in fixed fees looming, we offer an affordable service which will allow you to keep operating costs to a minimum and still provide an effective service to your clients.
Our rates are £70 per instruction (nonescape fee cases*) and 45p per mile travel costs**
The fixed fee will also cover any effective bail backs that may be associated with the case.
Between us we have years of experience in dealing with all manner of offences, ranging from petty driving matters up to murder and complex fraud enquiries. Whatever your need, be it representation at the Police Station, DWP interview, HMRC investigation or Military Police interview, we will be there.
All of our agents act in compliance with the Solicitors’ Code of Practice and maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
All of our reports are presented to you on our inhouse proforma which provides all the information you need regarding the case in question.
We send text updates to a number of your choosing regarding the matter we have attended on, so you are always in the loop with your client.
We also send all reports electronically to an email of your choosing within 24 hours of the matter being concluded at the Police Station.
Our invoicing is done in the middle and the end of the month. All invoices are payable upon receipt.
*Any matter which reaches the threshold of the escape fee can be negotiated on a case by case basis
**Mileage is charged from the home address of the representative we instruct; it will be capped to a claim of 60 miles in order to be compliant with LAA guidance on mileage claims.
